a) Advertising Data (Google AdMob) & Consent Our application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. How AdMob collects data depends strictly on your age and your explicit consent:
For Verified Adults (18+): If you are verified as an adult and provide explicit consent via our in-app Consent Management Platform (UMP), AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), network information, and usage data to show personalized ads.
For Minors and Unknown Ages: If you are under 18, using a supervised account, or if your age is unknown, no personalized advertising data is collected. The app forces a "Strict Privacy Mode" (see Section 6).
b) Non-Personal Data Stored Locally The application saves the following information directly on your device's local storage. It is not transmitted to our servers or to any third parties:
Your scoreboard of wins against the AI.
Your sound preference (on or off).
c) App Stability (Firebase Crashlytics) To ensure the game runs smoothly, we only use Firebase Crashlytics. This service operates solely to identify and fix application crashes. When a crash occurs, it collects anonymous diagnostic data (like device model and operating system version) to help us resolve the error. It does not track your gameplay behavior.
The limited information collected is used for the following purposes:
To Provide Advertising: To display ads to keep the game free. For adults who consent, this may include personalized ads. For all others, ads are strictly contextual.
To Ensure Stability: Crash reports are used exclusively to diagnose and fix technical issues.
We respect your privacy rights regarding your data. Depending on your region (such as the EEA, UK, or Brazil), you will be presented with a consent form upon opening the app for the first time.
Revoking Consent: You can manage or revoke your advertising consent at any time through the privacy settings within your device.
Resetting Advertising ID: You can effectively delete your advertising profile by resetting your device's Advertising ID. On Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID.
We value your trust. By adopting a "Privacy by Default" architecture—meaning tracking is disabled from the moment the app opens until age and consent are verified—we eliminate many security risks at the source. However, remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our game is designed to be safe and enjoyable for users of all ages, including children. We fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the US, the General Data Protection Regulation for Kids (GDPR-K) in Europe, and the Digital ECA in Brazil.
To ensure a completely safe environment, our app integrates the Google Play Age Signals API. If this API indicates that a user is under 18, using a supervised account (like Family Link), or if the age status is unknown or fails to verify, our app automatically locks into a Strict Privacy Mode. In this mode:
Zero Tracking: All behavioral tracking and advertising identifier collection is strictly disabled.
Child-Directed Ads Only: The advertising network is restricted to serve only non-personalized, family-safe advertisements with a maximum content rating of "G" (General Audiences).
