Peglow Apps built the Simple Shopping List app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Peglow Apps at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Log Data I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products, such as Firebase Crashlytics) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data is completely anonymous and does not include your Internet Protocol ("IP") address. It only includes technical information such as your device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of the crash, and other non-identifiable statistics necessary to fix bugs and improve stability.
Cookies Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app uses third-party code and libraries (such as advertising networks) that use “cookies” to collect information and serve ads. You have the option to manage your consent preferences directly within the app through our consent management platform (UMP).
Children’s Privacy (Mixed Audience App) Our application is designed for a general audience, including families and children. We take children's privacy very seriously and comply strictly with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant age-based regulations.
We use the Google Play Age Signals API to determine the appropriate age context of the user. For users identified as children (under the applicable age of consent), we strictly restrict our advertising services. We do not serve personalized ads, do not use remarketing, and restrict the ad content rating to be suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children.
